PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a state of portable communication terminal equipment in lost, robbed and forgotten states. SOLUTION: A self-advance operation correspondence control part 384 operates a movable detection part 390 detecting movement of a casing movable part, an input operation part 150 detecting a key operation and an optical detection part 392 detecting light by an instruction from an outer connection unit 110. The self-advance operation correspondence control part 384 causes a photographing part 160 to acquire peripheral information formed of an image based on a detection signal outputted from one of the movable detection part 390, the input operation part 150 and the optical detection part 392 with start of use of communication terminal equipment (portable telephone set 300). Acquired image information is transmitted to a prescribed mail address by an electronic mail. A possessor of the portable telephone set 300 receiving image information can specify the states (position and illegal user) of portable communication terminal equipment from image information.
