PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a vehicle for suppressing cost increase by using an inexpensive light source of low light emitting brightness. SOLUTION: A virtual display 2 is arranged downward from an opening window 13a, and a smoke lens 4 is contacted on a lower end 13b of the opening window 13a of a case 13 and a lower end 3b of a reflective mirror 3 and arranged so as to cover a lower part from the opening window 13a of the case 13. Therefore, since the light emitting brightness of each light emitting diode 8W, 8Ga, 8Gb and 8R necessary for excellent visibility securing of a scale 5a, letters 5b and pointers 10, a left turn indicator 5c and a right turn indicator 5d which are display information of an indicator 5 while shielding the virtual display 2 body and a structure of the periphery from driver's eyes can be set lower than the case of the conventional display devices for the vehicles, more inexpensive light emitting diodes can be used, and a combination meter 1 suppressing the cost increase can be attained.
