THE ECO-FRIENDLY ELECTRODEPOSITION PAINTING METHOD AND PAINTED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a painted article of a low manufacturing cost by finding out an electrodeposition painting method using a cation electrodeposition paint which permits energy saving of painting equipment and equipment saving. SOLUTION: 1. The eco-friendly electrodeposition painting method uses the cation electrodeposition paint of 3 to 10wt% pigment ash content included in the cation electrodeposition paint based on the solid content of the cation electrodeposition paint and 5 to 12wt% in the solid content concentration in the cation electrodeposition paint. 2. More preferably, the eco-friendly electrodeposition painting method uses the cation electrodeposition paint of≤3wt% in the ratio of the pigment of≥3 specific gravity included in the cation electrodeposition paint based on the solid content of the cation electrodeposition paint.
