PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet having provisional adhesiveness before heating and pressing, preventing the adhesive sheet from peeling off and from shifting of the sheet on adhering the sheet, generating no separation after adhering the sheet, and having excellent adhesiveness to a soft vinyl chloride resin coat and the like for a long time. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet is constituted of a heat sensitive adhesive layer on the back face of a base material. The heat sensitive adhesive layer comprises a mixture of a polyester resin having 10-70°C glass transition temperature and a polyester having -40-0°C glass transition temperature with an inorganic filler or inorganic fillers such as titanium oxide, silica, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and the like.
