PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device capable of accurately and automatically performing inspection of a boom attitude detection device without picking up swing of a vehicle body when a jack comes into contact with the ground. SOLUTION: In this working vehicle provided with a boom turning, rising, and falling by operation of a turn motor 51 and a rising and falling cylinder 52 and a plurality of jacks 17 provided so as to be stored in the vehicle body, overhang, and come into contact with the ground to support the vehicle body in the vehicle body capable of running and moving, this safety device is composed of the boom attitude detection device 20 detecting boom attitude, a jack grounding detector 25 detecting whether the jack 17 is grounded or not, a memory 31 storing a reference value detected by the boom attitude detection device when the boom is at storage attitude, and a control unit 30 for comparing a detection signal detected by the boom attitude detection device 20 with the reference value stored in the memory 31 when a condition of the plurality of jacks which are not grounded is detected by the jack grounding detector 25 and performing alarm operation when the detection signal is out of a scope of the reference value.
