PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper guide having a simple structure for a cutter in which problems such as jam are avoided and reduction of cost and manpower of assembly is achieved by providing a structure where a tip of a printing medium does not enter a gap in a bonding part between the cutter and a guide member. SOLUTION: In a paper guide 31 of a cutter having a guide member 32 for guiding a printing medium 3 on which predetermined data are printed, the guide member 32 has a part 32a for being mounted on a cutter 9, a guide 32b for guiding the printing medium 3 to the cutter 9, and a guard 32c extending out of the guide 32b to a lower end face of the cutter 9, which are integrally formed.
