摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head in which a metallic material or the like forming an ink channel member is corrosion-resistant to ink with a high corrosiveness without marring ink filling performance. SOLUTION: The entire area of the ink channel is covered with a protective film made of an epoxy resin high in covering performance and excellent in chemical resistance, and then a surface of the protective film is covered with an ink-philic layer made of colloidal silica excellent in ink-philic property and SiO2.
