摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the design of a hot nozzle by equalizing the temperature distribution and thermal expansion in each part of the hot nozzle. SOLUTION: In an injection molding machine 1, a mold 2 consisting of a fixed mold 3 and a movable mold, the hot nozzle 15 which is installed in the fixed mold 3 and has a through hole 29 communicating with a cavity, a sprue 37 which is installed in the fixed mold 3 and has a through hole 38 communicating with an injection nozzle, and a manifold 30 which is installed in a part of the fixed mold 3 between the hot nozzle 15 and the sprue 37 and has a through hole 32 making the through hole 29 of the hot nozzle 15 and the through hole 38 of the sprue 37 communicate with each other are provided, and a series of molding material passages 41 are formed by the three through holes 38, 32, and 29.
