PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board punch press which decreases bending of a bed portion when a press load is added, and improves the quality of a shearing cut end of a printed circuit board by changing slide speed according to a kind of the printed circuit board. SOLUTION: In the printed circuit board punch press 1, the slide 13 is formed in a frame die, and press load reaction force opposing to the press load acts in the bed portion 4a, so that bending of the bed portion 4a is decreased. When the slide speed in a set position of the slide 13 is set by a speed setting portion according to a kind of the printed circuit board to be sheared, a main control portion drive controls a servomotor 21 so as to make the slide 13 move at the set speed, and the printed circuit board is sheared by an upper die 23 and a lower die 24.
