PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cleaner body from taking a large amount of positive charges by discharging minus ions in an electric cleaner equipped with a minus ion generating means. SOLUTION: The cleaner body 201 equipped with the negative ion generator 112 is provided with a neutralization means 208 discharging positive charges into the atmosphere.
