An inflator bag for an occupant-restraining device, having excellent heat resistance without impairing ability to be stowed; an installation structure for the inflator bag; and an occupant waist portion-restraining device using the inflator bag. In an inflator bag for an occupant-restraining device for restraining an occupant in a motor vehicle, the bag is inflated and expanded by a gas filled in it. The inflator bag has a metal layer formed on the inner surface with which the gas is in contact and a body sheet including a reinforcement cloth layer with excellent flexibility laminated on the outer side of the metal layer. The body sheet has a bag-like form.
