PURPOSE: A rear suspension of a vehicle is provided to absorb shock given to a fuel tank in a rear collision, to lower the height of an installation part of a vehicle body side of a shock absorber, and to easily secure a mounting space of a tire, by removing a coil spring and installing a torsion bar between the rear of the fuel tank and a lower arm. CONSTITUTION: A rear suspension of a vehicle comprises a knuckle rotatably supporting a wheel; a shock absorber installed between the knuckle and a vehicle body; a cross member(100) installed in the transverse direction of the vehicle; a lower arm(13) one end of which is connected to the cross member and the other end is connected to the knuckle; a hinge part(14) to which the lower arm and the cross member are hingably combined; a driving bevel gear(101) installed to the outer peripheral surface of the hinge part; a driven bevel gear(102) engaging with the driving bevel gear; a torsion bar(105) one end of which is connected to the driven bevel gear; a support member(103) supporting the torsion bar to make the torsion bar maintain a fixed position; and a fixing part(110) fixing the other end of the torsion bar. The torsion bar absorbs shock of the rear or ground.
