PURPOSE: A personal heating apparatus is provided to allow for a personal heating operation by arranging a personal heater to a body temperature maintaining unit including cloth, shoes, or mattress in such a manner that the personal heater is attachable/detachable. CONSTITUTION: A personal heating apparatus comprises a power supply unit(100); a heating unit(200) connected to the power supply unit, wherein the heating unit includes a heater coil which generates heat when power is supplied, a fixing plate for fixing the heater coil, and a ceramic rubber coated on the fixing plate; and a body temperature maintaining unit where the heating unit is attached. The body temperature maintaining unit includes cloth, socks, gloves, and shoes.
