PURPOSE: A banking method and a banking system are provided to greatly shorten an access time to the banking system by overcoming a limit having conventional banking tools, and perform a banking business easily and safely by restricting no mobility and overcoming a security risk such as wiretapping. CONSTITUTION: An external input command tool(10) stores the banking business information categorized by a banking business classification and the bank connection information. A mobile communication tool(18) recognizes/controls the external input command tool. The banking business is performed by the interconnection between the external command input tool and a recognition controller, and the connection through a communication network(1). The external command input tool or the recognition controller prepares a code printing the banking business information and the bank connection information to a substrate(22) of a card form, and is connected to a banking tool(20) by recognizing the code through the mobile communication tool equipped with a camera(26).
