Vesicle (A) having an internal compartment, membrane and outer surface on which is carried at least one binding molecule (I), anchored in the membrane. (I) comprises a first domain (D1) that has at least one binding site for dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, macrophages/monocytes, enterocytes, M cells or B lymphocytes, and one or more antigens (Ag), and a second domain (D2) that is a membrane-bound region and anchors (I) in the membrane. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) non-mammalian cells that express a binding molecule and (2) method for preparing (A).
