PURPOSE: Healthful members for a mat is provided, which have reduced weight, an elastic buffer function, and improved endurance. A process is also provided to produce the healthful members by using an adhesive material made by kneading yellow soil. CONSTITUTION: The healthful members(1) are formed on a surface member(10) of the mat regularly and repeatedly by spreading and attaching the adhesive material to the surface member(10) of the mat by a mold having a plurality of forming holes and then drying and solidifying the spread adhesive material, wherein the adhesive material is made by kneading 70-85wt% of the yellow soil powder, 10-25wt% of a binder, and 5-10wt% of water.
