PURPOSE: An auto reel for a sprayer hose is provided to allow an operator to easily control winding of the hose on the reel even at a remote distance, resulting in a reduction in labor costs and improving operational efficiency thereof. CONSTITUTION: The auto reel for a sprayer hose comprises hose reels(10) rotatable about a reel rotation shaft(2) around which the hose is wound, a coupling(3) mounted at one end of the reel rotation shaft in order to transmit a rotating force to the hose reels, a dog clutch(4) which is displaceable within a predetermined range so as to be selectively threadedly engaged with the coupling, a driving coupling(5) adapted to displace the dog clutch so as to be connected or disconnected to or from the coupling and to transmit a driving force generated from a driving motor(9), and a remote signal receiver(6) for turning on/off the driving motor upon receiving a remote signal.
