METHOD FOR PROCESSING PRIOR USE DATA PACKETS IN ACCOUNT DATA NETWORK, SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING THE SAME, AND RECORDING MEDIUM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for processing prior use data packets in an account data network, a system for processing the same, and a recording medium thereof are provided to accurately calculate data packet transfer quantity of a subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A data packet usage transfer device reads IP(Internet Protocol) address information to be assigned to the next subscriber terminal from a first area of a storage unit(S100). The data packet usage transfer device calculates data packet transfer quantity transmitted to the assigned IP address for recording the calculated data packet transfer quantity at the second area of the storage unit(S110). A PDSN(Packet Data Serving Node) transmits an accounting start message to an accounting processor(S120). The accounting processor transmits the accounting start message to the data packet usage transfer device(S130). The data packet usage transfer device compares an IP address included in the accounting start message with the IP address recorded at the second area. If the IP addresses coincide with each other, the data packet usage transfer device calculates the total data packet transfer quantity for recording the calculated total data packet transfer quantity at the third area(S140). The data packet usage transfer device removes data recorded at the second area(S150). If the IP addresses do not coincide with each other, the data packet usage transfer device calculates data packet transfer quantity transferred to the IP address included in the accounting start message for recording the calculated data packet transfer quantity at the third area(S160). The PDSN transmits an accounting stop message to the accounting processor(S170). The accounting processor transmits the accounting stop message to the data packet usage transfer device(S180). The data packet usage transfer device transmits the calculated total data packet transfer quantity to the accounting processor(S190).
