The submarine has a tank (1) for accommodation and storage of liquid gas, especially oxygen, with a pressure-tight inner wall (2), an outer wall (5), a holding arrangement (6) mechanically joining the inner and outer walls together and an intermediate volume between the walls filled with filler bodies (7) and evacuated, whereby the filler bodies are essentially spherical.
