PURPOSE: A transformer and a power circuit for blocking RF noise are provided to block effectively EMI and noise of low frequency component without adding an EMI filter or change of PCB design. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(100) for blocking RF noise comprises a plurality of contact pins, a first wiring, and a second wiring. The first wiring is wound by being contacted to some contact pins of the contact pins. The second wiring is wound by being contacted to the other contact pins of the contact pins. A contact pin connected to a first end of the second wiring is electrically connected to the ground and the second wiring is wound to shield the first wiring. A contact pin connected to a second end of the second wiring is electrically open.
