Area to be repaired is isolated and stabilized at a temperature within 750 to 950 degC, a damaged portion of a heating wall (3) is took away and a new masonry is placed in blocks (71, 72) that are gradually laid on each other and separated by a joint (9) filled up with refractory material without use of any cementing component. The blocks (71, 72) are erected at the most of six rows of walled elements (7). After lying at the most two block (71, 72), there follows at least 12 hours lasting convective heating and the cycle is periodically repeated until finish of the walling. Then, a direct heating by gradually putting heating passages (1) into operation is carried out wherein the passage (1) being closest to the old and new masonry joint is heated first. Each heating passage (1) is put into operation only after being covered by masonry and flash point achievement. Hot air, from the repair zone (a) vicinity, where temperature of 1050 degC is maintained, is blown during the convective heating into the repair area, in addition to heating by heat transfer from neighboring walls (3 ) and chambers (2 , 2 ).
|
