PURPOSE: An apparatus for issuing a ticket is provided to prevent a slipping phenomenon of a ticket sheet and perform stably an issuing operation by improving a structure of a ticket vending machine. CONSTITUTION: A ticket cutting unit(A) includes a ticket transfer member, a ticket sheet transfer member, and a cutting member. The ticket transfer member(10) is formed with an upper transfer standby part and a lower transfer standby part. The ticket sheet transfer member(30) is formed with a lower insertion transfer part and an upper insertion transfer part. The cutting member(42) is installed between the ticket transfer member and the ticket sheet transfer member. A ticket/commutation ticket transfer unit(B) transfers stably a ticket of the ticket transfer member. An information input and identification unit(C) receives and identifies the information from the ticket. The ticket/commutation ticket print unit is formed with a print operation member and a print member. A ticket/commutation ticket discharge unit(E) discharges the ticket and the commutation ticket. A controller(G) is used for controlling the each unit.
