Lid for a refuse collecting receptacle

The lid has inner and outer sides, and a rim (3) which is applied on a tub to close the tub. A rib projects from the inner side and is separated from the rim. A stopper surface is fixed to cooperate with a rib of another lid to prevent relative movement of the lids in a direction when they are piled on the outer side. A relief projects from the outer side to form the stopper surface for the rib.
