PURPOSE: A system and a method for a photo service are provided to make users take a high quality photo and use an Internet service related to the photo by making professional photo technicians take the photo in a predetermined place such as a member shop or an amusement park with a digital camera and upload the photo to a web server. CONSTITUTION: The digital camera(11) of the professional photo technicians is placed in each predetermined place. A local device(12) is placed in the predetermined place, receives a photo image and the customer information from the digital camera, and uploads it to the web server(14) through the Internet(13). The web server transmits the photo image received through the local device to an e-mail address of a customer, provides the photo image related service through the Internet, and delivers an actual photo to the customer by receiving a photo print request from the customer and printing the photo image. A printer(15) prints the photo image to the actual photo by linking with the web server.
