PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for preventing a failure of temperature controlling equipment which can prevent the failure of a circuit component in a water circulation route, such as an opening-closing valve, even when a state of nonuse or stoppage continues for a long period. SOLUTION: The water circulation route is constituted by connecting by piping a pump 9 sending out temperature controlling water, the on-off valve 15 and a temperature controlling unit 2 such as a floor heating panel. When a prescribed time passes after stoppage of operation, the on-off valve 15 is operated forcibly to open and also the pump 9 is driven. Thereby stagnant water in the water circulation route is circulated forcibly at each prescribed time. |
