PURPOSE: A thermal management system of a fuel cell automobile is provided to efficiently cool a fuel cell without increasing the size and weight of a fuel cell cooling system by controlling refrigerant passages. CONSTITUTION: A first cooling fluid operated by a first circulation pump(19) circulates through a first circulation passage(11). A second cooling fluid operated by a second circulation pump(18) circulates through a second circulation passage(15). The first cooling fluid absorbs heat from a fuel cell for cooling the fuel cell. The second cooling fluid exchanges heat with the first cooling fluid through a first heat exchanger(14). The second cooling fluid absorbs heat from heat generating sources to discharge the heat through a radiator to the outside. The first cooling fluid exchanges heat with a refrigerant flowing a sub-refrigerant passage(17) for increasing an effect for cooling the fuel cell.
