The device has a stopping mechanism to stop supply of a motor (3) by halting movement of a movable unit. An analog repetition mechanism stops rising of the unit. The manipulation of a rotating tube enables movement of the unit which has been activated by certain direction of rotation of the motor and by other directions to reverse rising. A supplemental halt mechanism halts the motor in case of overloading while rising.
