CONDENSATE WATER CONTAINING ORGANIC ACID DERIVED FROM ORGANIC WASTE AND USING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A condensate water containing organic acid obtained through fermentation and drying of various organic wastes is provided, and a using method of the condensate water containing organic acid is provided to use the condensate water as an external carbon source for advanced treatment in the sewage and wastewater treatment process. CONSTITUTION: The condensate water containing organic acid is characterized in that it is obtained by cooling and condensing air having high temperature and humidity generated in a process of fermenting and drying an organic waste as agitating and mixing the organic waste at a certain temperature, wherein organic acid of the condensate water is partially sorted and concentrated by fractional distillation, membrane, liquid-liquid extraction or precipitation separation after obtaining the condensate water by cooling and condensing air having high temperature and humidity, wherein the fermentation and drying process comprises a drying treatment process in which drying rather than fermentation is performed at a relatively higher temperature, and a fermentation treatment process in which fermentation rather than drying is performed at a relatively lower temperature, and wherein the organic waste is food waste, sewage sludge, livestock waste or agricultural, livestock and marine processing byproducts.
