STRUCTURE OF CONNECTOR OF HEAD PART OF FUEL PUMP

PURPOSE: A connector structure of a head part of a fuel pump is provided to realize the smooth coupling of a connector between an oil supply hose and an in-out port of the head part by attachment and positioning structure instead of screw-coupling. CONSTITUTION: A connector structure of a head part of a fuel pump includes ports(12,14) arranged with tooth-shaped fixing elements(16) such as gears and multi-stepped structures for sealing to inner peripheries. Connector coupling dies(20) are fitted to the inner peripheries of the ports, wherein the dies are in the shape of a hole with holding protrusions(22) symmetrical to each other in the vertical direction and have self elasticity generated by lateral pressing force. Connector(30) are multi-stepped sealing structures(32) to be coupled with the multi-stepped structures of the head part via packings(34), and have holding indent parts(36) to be coupled with the holding protrusions and flanges(39) formed of positioning elements(38) to be engaged with the tooth-shaped fixing elements.
