PURPOSE: A prefabricated retaining wall block installation structure for a road is provided to make drivers driving on the road feel an intimate feeling through constitution of natural and environmental-friendly facilities and to protect nature by securing a wildlife passage. CONSTITUTION: In a prefabricated retaining wall block installation structure for a road(100), a foundation block(300) is installed to the side of the road and retaining wall blocks(400) are sequentially layered in a prefabricated type on the foundation block, and earth and sand are filled in front of the retaining blocks and then vegetation is planted. The foundation block has a boundary block and a drainage groove to the road side. Rainwater given from the road surface is processed through the drainage groove and a fastening part for fastening the retaining wall blocks is formed to the upper part of the foundation block. The retaining wall block is formed in a bent shape and a planting part is formed to the road side of the retaining wall block. A fastening support part is formed to the rear of the retaining wall block. The lower part of the retaining wall block is layered on the fastening support part in a fitting type. Fastening holes are formed in the sides of the retaining wall block and the retaining wall blocks are consecutively connected by fastening pins. Earth and sand are filled in the planting part and then vegetation is planted. |
