PURPOSE: A system and a method for automatically interfacing an areal portal are provided to perform IP(Internet Protocol) management and remote interface control in order to automatically output the areal portal in an area placing a user terminal to a web browser of the user terminal by checking an IP address of the user terminal if the user terminal connects to an areal interface server. CONSTITUTION: The user terminals(A1-An) receive a floating IP address for the initial booting, try to connect to a remote server through a data communication network, and output a main screen of the remote server to the web browser. The areal portal servers(APS1-APSn) insert each areal information into a main/sub page and transmit the areal information to the user terminal. An IP extracting server(IPES) extracts the area according to the IP address by checking the IP address of the user terminal. A user areal interface server(UAIS) is linked with the IP detecting server, links/stores the region classification data and the IP address of the areal portal servers, and transmits the IP address of the corresponding areal portal server by receiving a connection request from the user terminal.
