PURPOSE: A seat structure for motorcycles is provided to improve strength of a bottom plate of a passenger seat, thereby preventing the passenger seat to be opened by a robber, and to improve sitting feeling of a rider seat. CONSTITUTION: The seat structure for motorcycles comprises a tandem seat connecting a rider seat(23A) and a passenger seat(23B). A part of a bottom plate(54) below the tandem seat is provided with a foamed material. A rear portion(54C) of the bottom plate below the passenger seat has vertical ribs(251), which are densely arranged as compared to vertical ribs(244) and horizontal ribs(245) formed at a front portion(54A) of the bottom plate below the rider seat.
