PURPOSE: A real-time moving image AD(ADvertisement) system and an AD method using the same are provided to deliver a moving image AD to a desired time, target, or place, and deliver the AD combined with an event of a customer. CONSTITUTION: An RIN(Real-Time information network) server(10) transmits an AD program including the moving image AD and the AD information through the Internet(20), and controls the AD program in a remote place. RIN client servers(32,34) display the AD program received through the Internet depending on the control of the RIN server. Each RIN client server comprises a display part(32b), and a client computer(32a) storing the AD program transmitted from the RIN server, and making a moving image and a text displayed in order.
