PURPOSE: A panel for constructing a double floor slab is provided to prevent bending of the panel from concentration of load by forming small projections between protruded parts of a lower plate and by distributing and buffering load. CONSTITUTION: A panel is formed by combining an upper plate(1) having a flat surface with a lower plate. A protruded part(3) is formed in the lower plate, and contacted to the lower part of the upper plate. The upper plate is assembled with the lower plate by spot-welding while contacting the top of the protruded part of the lower plate to the upper plate. A small projection(4) is formed between the protruded parts of the lower plate, and extended in an extension surface. The tilt angle of an inclined surface(6a) of the small projection is arranged in parallel with the tilt angle of an inclined surface(6) of the protruded part and increased gradually according to load.
