PURPOSE: A system and a method for the voice marketing protecting the communication privacy of a subscriber are provided to directly offer the information desired by the subscriber as well as protect the communication privacy, and transmit the information without exposing a real address of the subscriber when a VMP(Voice Marketing Provider) transmits the detail marketing information through an e-mail or a messenger. CONSTITUTION: A database server(15) includes a subscriber information database, a VMP information database, and a charge information database. A call receiving/controlling server(13) selectively connects a call channel between the VMP(3) and the subscriber(4) depending on the match between the marketing information of the VMP and the personal information of the subscriber. A mail/message processing server(14) converts a telephone number of the subscriber provided from the VMP into a mail or the messenger address of the subscriber and transmits the mail or the message to the address. A subscriber information managing server(12) manages the personal information of the subscriber. A VMP information managing server(11) manages/provides the marketing information of the VMP to the subscriber as a voice.
