PURPOSE: A cleaner is provided to safely operate with a device to direct clean by contacting to cleaned objects and a device to reduce the sticking force of harmful insects by an ultraviolet lamp. CONSTITUTION: A brush type cleaner comprises a rotary brush(100) and an ultraviolet lamp(101). The rotary brush is operated in an electromotive method by installing inside a body. The ultraviolet lamp weakens the sticking force of bacteria and cleaned objects and has a pre-sterilizing function against dust, bacteria, harmful insects and waste by installing in the tip of the rotary brush. The cleaner operates the ultraviolet lamp only when a wheel of the cleaner is grounded to a floor. Thereby, a problem to irradiate ultraviolet rays to a person is prevented.
