METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE COST EFFICIENCY OF A BOILER PLANT

The proposed method for determining the cost efficiency of a boiler plant consists in continuously measuring the content of residual combustibles in smoke fumes when burning fuel at unsteady-state modes of the plant operation, determining, by the measurement data, the duration of each unsteady-state mode and average increment of the content of combustibles in smoke fumes during the unsteady-state mode, and using the said parameters for determining the increase of heat losses and decrease of the plant efficiency caused by incomplete combustion of fuel.
