PHENYL DERIVATIVES AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME COMPOUNDS

PURPOSE: Phenyl derivatives and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same compounds are provided, which compounds have improved neuro-protective activity, so that they can be useful for prevention and treatment of neurologic disease such as palsy and apoplexy. CONSTITUTION: The phenyl derivatives represented by formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts and isomers are provided, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy or C1-C4 alkyl or alkoxy; A is 2-furyl or 3-furyl substituted with one or more of the same or different R4 to R6 substituents; the phenyl derivative is phenyl ring of formula (I-1) when A is 2-furyl or phenyl ring of formula (I-2) when A is 3-furyl; and R4 to R6 substituents are selected from hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl or alkoxy.
