PURPOSE: A drilling machine for drilling a vertical hole is provided to improve drilling efficiency and precision by precisely controlling drilling depth. CONSTITUTION: A drilling machine is provided to a body(100) having a handle(110), a drill(130) mounted to one end of the body, a fixed bracket(200) mounted to one side of the body, a moving bracket(280), a plurality of support rods(240,250), and a return spring(260). The moving bracket is disposed at the outside of the drill to correspond to the fixed bracket, and has a through hole. The support rods are coupled to the fixed bracket, and are fixed to the moving bracket. The return spring is mounted to the outer circumference of the support rod, and is supported by the fixed and moving brackets.
