The method for correcting the latent disorders of carbohydrate metabolism in the patients with the diseases of the digestive system provides for daily drinking of the low mineralized water in a volume 200-250 ml thrice a day 30-60 minutes prior to the meals with accompanying exposure of the specified body areas to the electric current. The mineral water containing hydrocarbonates, chlorides, and sodium is used for drinking. The epigastral area isexposed to the sinusoidal modulated current in alternating schedule according to the transverse technique each other day, 10-12 sessions in whole.
