PURPOSE: A puller is provided to eliminate the necessity of attaching/detaching wheels during transportation by separately driving power transmissions of a movement device and a tractor. CONSTITUTION: A puller comprises an engine(30) for generating power; a transmission(31) for transmitting the rotating velocity of the power generated from the engine; an intermediate transmission(40) for separately transmitting, through a power transmission shaft(33), the power output from the transmission to a decelerator propelling shaft(49) for driving a four-wheel propelling shaft and a capstan(70); a four-wheel for moving the puller by the power transmitted from the intermediate mission; a decelerator(60) for driving the capstan by the power transmitted from the intermediate mission; and the capstan for winding a rope by rotating by the power transmitted through the decelerator.
