The present invention is related to the industry of the production of prepay cards for crediting air time, in communication services of cellular technology. The advantage of the present card in relation to the ones already in existence is that it allows additional functions, also allowing the storage of more important information than that allowed by the state-of-the-art cards and also stores other kind of non-text info, such as codified information that when decoded gives place to sound and/or music. This card consists in a support of optically recordable digital information, comprising a first face through which the optical digital information will be recorded and displayed and a second face opposite to the first where apart from comprising visible printed info it will comprise an area where it will be printed a code to be loaded in some hidden communication device by means of an easily-removable covering by scratching it.
