Coupling parts (4, 5) are coupled to arms. Fixing parts are fixed with a tabletop. The laminar body is provided with a hole, which is formed in a receptacle (12) of a waste collector. The laminar body is connected with a front edge part. A wide area (6) covers a part of a panel of the work table. A passage groove (9) is formed on a shipbuilding by a resilient ring. A fixing part of the laminar body is attached to an operator's body.
