DYEING DEVICE AND COLOR FIXING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A dyeing device and a color fixing device are characterized by not becoming wrinkled, simplifying a process and reducing a cost. CONSTITUTION: A dyeing device comprises a tension control device(10) controlling tension of textile(1); a guide roller(20) guiding the textile(1); a dyeing bath device(30) comprised of many dyeing rollers(32) passing the textile on S type and a dyeing bath(31) containing the dyeing rollers; a mangle(40) pressing the dyed textile; a pre-dryer(50) pre-drying the textile; a hood(60) exhausting vapor generated by pre-drying; and a winding device(70) comprised of a winding roll(72) winding the textile, a push bar(74) controlling wound quantity and uniformity of the textile and a holding cylinder(75) supporting the push bar(74). A color fixing device comprises a color fixing part comprised of a chamber capable of setting the winding roll(72) and a shut-off cover formed on one side of the chamber; a core connect tube which is connected with a hollow tube, making the hollow tube vacuous; the hollow tube containing many holes constituting a core part of the winding roll(72); a chamber connect tube which is connected with the chamber, making the chamber vacuous; a vapor tube which is connected with the chamber, supplying vapor to the chamber; a condensate water exhaust tube exhausting condensate water of the chamber; a vacuum pump connected with the core connect tube and the chamber connect tube; and a vapor supply source connected with the vapor tube. A heat treating method of the textile is as follows: forming vacuum in the core part through the core connect tube; flowing vapor in the core part through the vapor tube; forming vacuum in the chamber through the chamber connect tube; and moving vapor of the core part to the chamber being outside the winding roll(72).
