PURPOSE: A display device provided with a multi mode function is provided to reduce the size of the overall system by using one or a small number of display devices with an efficient distribution of the system. CONSTITUTION: A display device provided with a multi mode function includes a switching block(10), a main screen processing block, a sub screen processing block and an auxiliary screen control block(210). The switching block(10) is provided with a plurality of switching devices for selectively outputting the inputted predetermined data signals inputted from outside by the switching control signal. The main screen processing block receives the predetermined data signal outputted from the switching block(10) for processing the data signal and to output the processed data to the overall area of the display. The sub screen processing block receives the predetermined data signal from the switching block(10) for processing the data signal to output the processed data to the overall area of the display. And, the auxiliary screen control block(210) outputs the switching control signal to the switching block(10) in response to the type of the inputted data signals and outputs the predetermined control signal to the sub screen processing block through the predetermined data communication with the sub screen processing block.
