The liquid lubricant is dispensed from a tank (6) inside the hand piece to the parts (5) to be lubricated. The lubricant is conveyed from the tank to the parts being lubricated with the aid of an active propellant (7-9) via a capillary tube or nozzle (12) with a correspondingly small nozzle. The propellants comprise a pump containing a membrane chamber (5) with a membrane (9) on which pressure is exerted with the aid of a manually operated pressure element (7). The membrane co-operates with the pressure lid of a tensioning system (11) positioned in the top housing (1) of the handpiece for holding a tool (3) fixed in the rotor shaft (2).
