The handle comprising a metal tube is for a cleaning device, esp. for a window cleaning device. It has a textile tension arrangement for a tension frame to be connected to the handle by a cardan joint or for a sponge and/or an elastic wiping strip. The handle has a short section (1) which is put together with an extension piece (2). The short section and also the extended handle are provided at the end with a grip (8) consisting of a plastics casing. The grip extends over the metal tube of the short handle and covers over the seam between the end of the metal tube of the short handle and the metal tube of the extension piece. An intermediate piece (3) fits in the two metal tubes and consists of a metal tube which prevents bending. |
