The device has a rod or a bar (4) supporting a curtain and is movable and displaced from top to bottom and from bottom to top. Fixing supports (1) fix to the curtain rod and are constituted of magnet and suction cup. The supports are fitted together, embedded or introduced into the hooks (3) on a window. The oblong holes (2) and the hooks allow to place and remove the supports of the rod.
