The unit has two hollow glass blocks (1, 2) with front surfaces (8) of opposite version and a lateral surface (11). The blocks are arranged in such a way that the front surface is situated in regard to the front surface of the other blocks. The blocks are connected by a linking unit that is arranged at exterior of a middle space situated between the front surfaces of the blocks.
