The fire extinguisher has a plastic reservoir (60) with a pressurized extinguishing agent. An ejection device (65) is fixed on a neck (64) of the reservoir to control ejection of the fire extinguishing agent. The device has an outlet (70) and a pick up tube (69) to carry the agent from bottom (71) of the reservoir to the neck towards the outlet. A wall (62) of the reservoir has internal helical rib whose volute axis is parallel to the pick up tube.
